ABOUT THE VEHICLES WE EXPORT 

·         Unless mentioned otherwise, the vehicles we export are usually well above average condition. Cars are guaranteed true & conform to description on Sales Agreement. A refund would be allowed in the highly improbable case of receiving a vehicle that is not the one described on the Sales Agreement

·         We only Source, Locate and Export Right Hand Cars available in the British Market. We DO NOT Source, Locate nor Export any Left Hand Drive Vehicles.

·        The Cars come with Service History, are certified to British Standards and are accompanied by Ministry of Transport (MOT) Certificate to this effect.

·      The vehicles are HPI cleared before shipment (To ensure that they are not stolen Cars, Pre-Accident, have never been Flood Damaged and are not tied by any outstanding Finance Agreements)

·     The Vehicles are Valleted (Professionally cleaned to showroom condition) and are fully inspected by Engineers/Mechanics before shipment.

VEHICLE PRICES

There are NO hidden or Extra charges for you to worry about. The prices quoted are the only prices you pay to have the vehicle delivered to your country. The CIF (Cost Insurance & Freight) Prices in our Quotations include the following: The Actual Price of Cars.

·                     Domestic Transfers/Transportation

·                     Custom Clearance, Inspections & Fees.

·                     Preparation of Custom Documentation.

·                     Port movements to and from Bonded area.

·                     Boarding of Carrier Vessel.

·                     Marine Insurance.

Buyer is responsible for the import customs clearance and other costs and risks.  The Quoted prices of the Vehicles might be negotiable provided they are within realistic limits. However, please keep in mind, if a price offer is accepted, we expect the client to commit accordingly. If a client price offer was accepted and client does not follow up, we will conduct no further business with this client and add them to our black list. We will also offer the car to any third parties willing to purchase the cars.The Quoted prices of the Vehicles might be negotiable provided they are within realistic limits. PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT

The first step toward a purchase from the Vehicle List is to email your details (name of purchaser, postal address & a contact number), specifying the vehicle of your choice and your intended port of destination. Once we have those particulars, we prepare and forward (via virus free email attachment) a Sales Agreement containing vehicle description (Features and Pictures), total CIF price, Shipping schedule details (when possible), Payment details and other relevant information.

FULL payment MUST be Received and Cleared before the cars leave the United Kingdom Ports.

Although we accept payment by fractioned portions or installment, the vehicles will only leave the country once the full quotation price has been received. A fax of client’s copy of fund remittance document from the bank is considered acceptable proof of payment. It might save a few precious days and will suffice to initiate vessel booking and custom clearance of shipment.When signed and faxed back to us, the Agreement constitutes the initial step of our business relationship, and when payment is confirmed, vehicle is removed from advertising and shipping procedure is initiated.Client particulars, billing details & transaction details are kept strictly confidential in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We only accept the Exact amount quoted and will NOT under any circumstance be involved in transferring balances to third parties on requests of clients.Acceptable forms of payment are Telegraphic/Electronic Bank Wires/Transfers and UK cheques. There are huge discounts for clients buying more than one vehicle. Please ask for details.

SHIPING

At shipping time, purchaser automatically enters into an agreement with the shipping company. Consignee and/or owner of shipment agrees to be bound by all Terms & Conditions written, typed, stamped and printed on the face and back of Bill of Lading, issued by carrier.Following payment, the vehicle is ferried domestically from the Dealer’s premises or Storage to the Port of Export. We organise Custom Clearance, Booking & Reservation of Vessel space, and safe keeping of vehicle & its documentation until boarding.We will send all documentation approximately one week after Vessel’s actual departure. These documents are forwarded to the consignee or his forwarding agent, using EMS or FedEx courier service, which are tracked over the Internet. The Documents should reach client hands within approximately 15 working days from actual sailing date.

Typical documents/items provided include:

·                     CIF receipt of sale (commercial invoice describing unit & price) for tax purposes.

·                     Copy of the Vehicle Registration Document

·                     MOT Certificate (Ministry of Transport)

·                     HPI Clearance Certificates (If Requested)

·                     Vehicle Inspection Certificate (From the AA or the RAC if Requested)

·                     Original copy of Bill of Lading with extra copies, necessary to collect vehicle at destination

·                     Owner’s Manuals and Service books

·                     Loose items such as CD Players, are also forwarded separately or hidden in the cars

A small minority of governments enforce ever-changing import rules for motor vehicles in their country. It is always client’s responsibility, to maintain updated knowledge of import rules & regulations of the receiving country.PS: We are NOT a Shipping company and as Such, DO NOT ship cars or vehicles that we have not ourselves supplied or sourced. We only organise shipping and Export of our vehicles and the cars we provide to clients worldwide through our company.
